An attendance log book would be maintained by the supervision which will be signed by the workers on duty on daily basis, additionally they will also sign on the weekly roster which will also be counter signed by the supervisor. Any worker who becomes absent without valid reasons will be replaced with the prior approval of the client.
REPORTING
Major security firmly believe that in order to pre-empt an incident it is extremely important that proper reports are generated right at the grassroots level on a daily basis which are submitted to the operations team and the clients on a regular basis. The reports are also compiled on a weekly and monthly basis on standard security reporting formats, which are used to apprise the management and clients for providing effective security at the same time to monitor the performance of our guards.
MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETINGS
Management of Major security services consist of a team comprising retired senior Army, officers, retired senior police officers, Doctor, Advocate as a standard practice in Major security. We hold regular meeting with our customers at all levels to discuss the security arrangements, reports and problems if any. These meeting also help us in identifying problem areas, which might build up into a threat of rick at a later stage. The senior management teams are also present in these meetings periodically. Clients who take security seriously and today we are providing our most used to apprise the management and clients for providing effective security at the same time to monitor the performance of our guards.
LEGAL STATUS AND LABORACT
Members of the team dedicated to service at the client shall be the contracted employees of Major security company and will not be entitled to any of the clients benefits whatsoever without prior agreement of the Major Security Company and the clients. The company will confirm to the statutory requirement specified by the labor act in terms of salary, workmen compensation, provident fund, medical and other benefits.
The company will not sub contract any part of its services to other contractors without the approval of the client.
